MS BREMEN, GERMANY COMES A CALLING

This is the 3rd cruise ship arrival for this year. The MS BREMEN (Hapag-Lloyd, Germany) cruise ship arrived at the Sim Kheng Hong Port, Kuching at 7:00am, 10th May 2011

The cruise ship was on its 16-day cruise that calls on Singapore, Bali, Gili Island, Komodo Island, Semarang, Kuching, Bintulu, Muara, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan and Ho Chi Minh City.

The passengers were greeted by 10 member cultural troupe from the Bala Kaban Cultural Group sponsored by Sarawak Tourism Board. They were welcomed with traditional dances followed by beads garlanding.

130 German tourists, split up into two groups, visited Semenggoh Wildlife Centre (79) & Annah Rais Bidayuh Longhouse (23) respectively.
